Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect product you may return it within 14 days after arrival for a full refund. Please contact us if there are any issues with your order arriving in any state other than your original specifications so we can help you with the process. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include clear photographs of the damage or issue with your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items (unless the item was sent damaged or not as ordered) or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
